How You’ll Make An Impact
As the Restaurant Supervisor you'll assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet and establish a positive work environment, exceptional guest service, and superior food product quality.
As the Restaurant Supervisor you'll assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet and establish a positive work environment, exceptional guest service, and superior food product quality.
- Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by ensuring policies and procedures are executed shift to shift
- Assist in ordering, receiving, storing, and physical count of all food & beverage related products
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining procedures for control of supplies, keys, monies and credit
- Ensure all food & beverage reporting is completed in a timely fashion to include banquet reconciliation, banquet tickets, and PMS postings
What Success Looks Likes
- Three or more years of food & beverage experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
- Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
