Our Sales & Catering Manager - Full Service Hotel creates and maintains lasting relationships with our customers in the desire to provide them with an excellent guest service experience while utilizing the property’s meeting and event space.
- Make daily contact to potential customers via in-person visits, telephone calls and written correspondence
- Coordinate all activities related to meeting facilities usage
- Providing current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the facilities
- Providing potential clients and visitors with site tours
- Maintains proper records of all sales calls and business activities utilizing CI/TY
- Creates, reviews, and distributes banquet event orders and agreements with detailed information about each event's specifications.
